This notice explains which personal data Publiventis AG processes when you visit publiventis.com or contact us, and for what purpose. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. Visiting this website

When you open this website, the web server of our hosting provider automatically records technical data in log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system used.

We use this data only to deliver the website, to keep it secure and to analyse faults. We do not combine it with other data and do not use it to identify individual visitors.

3. Cookies, tracking and fonts

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools. Fonts and images are delivered from our own web space; no content is loaded from third-party servers.

4. Contact form and e-mail

If you write to us through the contact form or by e-mail, we process the details you provide: name, company, e-mail address and the content of your message. The contact form sends this information to us by e-mail.

We use these details only to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it. Providing them is voluntary; without an e-mail address we cannot reply.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is passed on only where this is necessary to operate the website and our e-mail, or where we are legally obliged to do so.

Website and e-mail are hosted by cyon GmbH, Basel, Switzerland, which processes data on our behalf on servers in Switzerland.

6. Retention

Server log files are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and to meet statutory retention duties, and delete them afterwards.

7. Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, including helvetiaone.tv. The operators of those websites are responsible for their own content and data processing.

8. Your rights

Within the limits of the applicable law you may request information about the personal data we hold about you, have incorrect data corrected, have data deleted, and object to its processing. To do so, contact us using the details in section 1.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), www.edoeb.admin.ch.

We may amend this notice when the website or the legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
